For as much as we prefer blacked-out apparel and gear to just about any other colorway, it’s hard not to love this edition of Nike’s Lunar Force 1 Duckboot.

Every year the sportswear mega giant from Portland releases a quiver of sneakerboots built for winter wear in the city. This year one of their stand-outs was the Lunar Force 1 Duckboot. The reason why? The silhouette merges the most classic rainy-weather boots out there with one of Nike’s most famous styles, the Air Force 1, making for a perfect marriage of winter-proof design and classic street style. Now with this crisp all white colorway on the market, these sneakerboots look all the more like a match made in heaven. So much so we could imagine St. Peter wearing these on a rainy day at the Pearly Gates. With a grippy outsole, upper treated with Watershield, and a rubberized forefoot, why wouldn’t he? You can get a pair yourself for $165. [Purchase]
