Nike Lunar Force 1 Duckboot

Along with a veritable storm of Pumpkin-spiced-lattes, turning leaves, and cold nights, Fall has brought with it an updated version of Nike’s popular Lunar Force 1 Rugged and Ready Duckboots.

These winter-ready kicks are built to tromp through snow and wade though puddles all while keeping your feet fresh and dry. The upper of the boot is made up of a leather quarter panel, a deeply textured rubber toe vamp, and ripstop nylon fabric along the upper ankle. In addition to these features, the top portion of the shoe boasts tough metal d-rings for a more boot-like lacing system. The weather-proofing doesn’t stop there. For solid grip on icy and wet surfaces, Nike also outfitted these sneakerboots with a deep lugged outsole. These winterized sneakers will be available online starting on the 15th of September and will come in either a slick all-black or a olive green.
