Seeing that the official 2014 NFL seasons schedules were announced just moments ago, we figured now was the perfect time to shine the spotlight on a pair of sneakers that 49ers fans will be dying to get their hands on. Introducing the Nike Free Trainer 5.0 NRG “Jerry Rice.”

These kicks pay homage to the legendary Niners wide receiver, and sport a boldly colored upper drenched in red, gold and white. Contrasting black accents are found on the side panel Nike Swoosh, and tongue tag branding, while a a number 80 tag hangs from the black and gold lace loops. Of course an ultra flexible Free 5.0 outsole finishes off the exterior. Our favorite part of the silhouette are the insoles, stamped with Rice’s long list of NFL accomplishments. These shoes will be very difficult to get your hands on, so expect to pay a premium. [Purchase]
