Late last autumn, Nike’s in-house Design Exploration arm debuted the ‘Every Stitch Considered’ collection in an effort to fuse a fashion-forward aesthetic with a performance-driven design. In practice, this meant that each piece in the line featured predominantly neutral tones with a fit based around decades of athletic data gathering.
For the second installment of Every Stitch Considered, the Big Swoosh has redoubled its efforts to explore just how game-changing the collection can be. Crafted by a series of family-owned garment makers based in northern Italy, it spans everything from tees and pants to sweaters, button-downs, and even some outerwear. The centerpiece is undoubtedly the 2-In-1 Jacket, an offering that pairs a coat-like outer layer with a detachable inner fleece lining for a versatile garment ready for any occasion. However, there are also plenty of options perfect for everyday wear, including a Woven Shirt with an in-built utility pocket as well as a premium Cardigan made from a cotton-cashmere blend. Regardless of which item you choose, you’ll find that Nike’s realigned the seams and given it some eye-catching visual elements for improved motion. You can browse the Every Stitch Considered line at the link below, with prices ranging from $240 to $2,500.
