Throughout the history of sneakers and other culturally-inclined footwear, few iterations have become as classic as Nike’s Air Force 1. Now, Nike has revealed its next revision of the sneaker — a reflective silhouette that’s equally as visible, no matter the time of day.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Reflective sneaker is a revered silhouette that’s also an undeniable staple within the footwear industry. And although a steady stream of updates, design changes, and textile augmentations have taken place over the years, the shoe remains one of the greatest of all time. It’s most recent debut takes on a cleanly-tailored, white tumbled leather upper, Nike’s recognizable lettering and logo, and 3M Reflective accents on its “Swoosh” and heel. To complement the shoe’s visual upgrade, the company has also implemented a set of vertically-aligned labels, a more visible tongue, and a simplified branding layout that pays homage to the minimalist sneaker movement. While there hasn’t been a price or release date announced for the shoe, you can expect the Reflective Air Force 1 to make waves when it hits Nike’s website next year.
