Nike’s Self-Lacing Shoes Get A ‘Back To The Future II’ Upgrade

May 21, 2019

Category: Gear

The Nike MAG self-lacing shoes Marty McFly sports in Back to the Future II were a major influence in the footwear brand’s decision to create real-life auto-lacing kicks. Fans got the real deal with the Adapt BB, which were released in black earlier this year. Now, the Nike Adapt BB Wolf Grey Shoes will be hitting shelves for those looking for a more familiar colorway.

These kicks are dipped in light grey with blue speckles along with green, red, and yellow dots, taking inspiration from the original MAG shoes. The power-lacing shoes are built for basketball, ensuring a locked-in feel for your feet so you can focus on scoring buckets. You can pair the shoes with the Nike Adapt app and customize the fit right from your smartphone. Nike’s Adapt Wolf Grey shoes will be dropping on May 29 for $350, but get ready to pull the trigger fast because they’ll fly off the shelves.

Purchase: $350
