Mountain Surfer by Jones Snowboards
A creative take on the snowboards we know and love, the Mountain Surfer allows you to do just that – carve up some white winter waves.
Ditch the bindings, sift the shape a bit, and you’ve got yourself a Mountain Surfer – a surfboard for the snowy hillsides. This simplified setup is the brainchild of Jeremy Jones, the man most known for his big mountain freeriding. The board itself itself was hand-shaped by renowned surfboard shaper Chris Christenson, and features a foam traction pad outfitted with a set of removable foot hooks that are used to anchor your boots. There’s also a leash complete with carabiner clip, just in case the board happens to get away from you during your shredding session. Perfect for hitting up those 100-foot long backyard stashes, this thing will retail for $349 when it hits the retail scene on November 10th. [Purchase]
