Kayaks are one of the best ways to explore the open waters, but they aren’t exactly the most portable thing in the world. The team at Point 65N have changed all that with their completely modular kayaks.

Utilizing the brand’s snap tap technology, the kayak is made up of several different pieces that easily attach to one another. Their entry level kayak offers seating for one, but if you’re bringing along a friend, all you have to do is purchase an additional mid piece that will instantly transform your once one person kayak into a multi-person person tandem kayak. There is also two separate watertight compartments for keeping your gear safe and dry, along with cup holders for your enjoying a beverage during those more relaxing adventures. Point 65N ensures outdoor enthusiasts that their modular design won’t affect the kayak’s performance on the water, but it will provide for a much more portable solution than your typical kayak. The modular kayaks range in price, starting from $350 all the way up to $1,800. Watch the video below.
