Category: Living

Residing in the home town of Mercedes-Benz is this stunning Strauss Residence by the design team at Alexander Brenner Architekten.

The Stuttgart, Germany built home was built as a multigenerational dwelling, housing a large family that includes a family of four with two children, and even the grandparents. The three story home utilizes the southern part of the basement as an office to get work done, while the two story’s directly above this are used for the family. The home does a great job reducing its carbon footprint by using heat pumps for the heating energy. The architect provided plenty of custom details right down to the furniture and room fixtures, which were all custom made.
