Modern Lai Residence Penthouse in Taiwan

The design team at PMK+ designers have recently finished their newest project in the Lai Residence residing in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.

PMK has always had a focus on space integration, and the team did a superb job on this two story penthouse designed for a young couple along with their newly born daughter. Taking on modern design elements, the space utilizes a combination of solid wood, concrete, and raw metal to ensure that the small family’s dwelling looked better as the years rolled by. To help add a bit of contrast to the mix, brick walls were used as a place to display both art and objects. The home’s main living area is found on the main floor while the second floor includes the master bedroom, master bath, and a private study.
