Mock One Compact Folding Hammock

There have been plenty of different hammock remixes out there, even a hammock tent that caught our eye not too long ago. Well, Republic of Durable Goods is taking it to another level with the Mock One, which is, according to the company, the world’s only compact folding hammock.

It doesn’t matter where you’re at, be it the woods, your backyard, on the beach or wherever your heart desires, this hammock is ready to go and easy to carry with its backpack straps. What’s very convenient about this particular hammock is that it doesn’t need any trees for its easy set-up, taking away the traditional straps and ties of older designs. It has multi-use configurations as well, in addition to attachable accessories, like a Mock ‘Squito net, an under quilt, a Mock tarp for rainy days and even a sun shade. Not to mention, it has a small footprint of only a few square feet (36” x 24”) and floats 18 inches off the ground with the ability to hold up to 250lbs thanks to its sturdy steel frame. Make a pledge now to get one by December.

Kickstarter: $150
