Just when you thought Superyachts couldn’t be any more luxurious, Migaloo, an Austrian watercraft company, has designed a private movable island that is customizable in size, shape and features.

The company has named it the Kokomo Ailand, and it possesses quite a number of impressive features, such as a 262-foot elevator and a penthouse that provides 360-degree views of its surroundings. It can also be outfitted with its own waterfall and jungle, as well as a helipad, al fresco dining area, a gym, a bar, a pool, beauty salons, and a spa. It can even be used as a luxury hotel or offshore casino. It makes for the perfect hideaway for a super villain. Pricing wasn’t immediately available, but expect it to cost something in the seven figures.
