Los Angeles’ Pendry Residences West Hollywood is slated to become one of the area’s premier housing structures, and as such, it’s got a number of pleasantries that’ll help it to “fit in” with its lavish environment. The complex’s partnership with McLaren Automotive North America is one such example, allowing one lucky purchaser to access its aptly-named “Super Garage,” and acquire a limited-to-765 765LT supercar for a year-long period.

The location’s two-story penthouse, dubbed Terrace Estate 608, can be accessed privately via the garage’s 1,719-square-foot showroom, allowing owners to come and go without having to worry about other vehicles, pedestrians, or passersby. There’s no shortage of amenities for the garage, either; it includes enough storage space for up to five vehicles, as well as a private washroom and a design allowance (courtesy of McLaren) to decorate the space as the owner sees fit. There’s even an option to turn the lot into the “ultimate McLaren garage designed by EYRC Architecture,” if that’s your bag. To sweeten the deal, the 3,015 square-foot penthouse provides access to a number of the estate’s unique areas, including its outdoor terraces, thematic bars, and rooftop pool. As mentioned, the purchaser will also be gifted with a McLaren 765LT at the time of signing; although, it won’t be theirs to keep. This luxurious lifestyle doesn’t come cheap, either. It’ll cost $16,000,000 for the entire property — so you’d better start pinching those pennies.
