3D printers aren’t the only piece of technology disrupting the world of manufacturing. Meet the Mayko FormBox.

This little desktop sized mold-maker is simple enough to be operated by even the least technically savvy, so long as you have a vacuum on hand. Hook pretty much any type of suction cleaner up to the FormBox, throw a piece you want to mold on the grate, and lower down the malleable plastic material and it’ll hug around the object creating a factory quality mold that you can do whatever you like with. Want to create your own home-grown production line? The FormBox can do that. Want to mock up prototypes in realtime? The FormBox can do that too. Not quite sure of what to make? Mayku has a vast online library of projects that you can draw inspiration from or copy outright. Disruption never looked so fun.
