If you’re going to spend millions and millions of dollars on high-end automobiles, wouldn’t it stand to reason that you’d get a garage worthy of their prowess? Just such a place exists not far from Mulholland Drive in Malibu, California – and it’s called the Auto Museum.

Commissioned by a husband and wife, the facility serves as the primary home to their 14 sport and super cars. The facility features 7,000 square feet of floor space and includes an 800-square foot living area for housing a full-time security staff. But more than just being a place to store the cars, this garage features a special A/C system that cycles through and filters air multiple times an hour to make sure the automobiles stay in pristine condition. The facility is set to go for sale for around $10 Million, which doesn’t include the optional add-on Ferrari LeFerrari or Porsche Carrera GT.

Purchase: $10 Million
