Typically that list includes things like a hammer, a drill, wrenches and/or a spanner, and – of course – coffee. But instead of going through the trouble of transporting coffee to-and-fro only to have to drink it at room temperature, why not make it fresh at the job site with Makita’s CM501D Coffee Maker?

As is the case with all their tools, this portable brewer is built to take a beating. But it’s coolest feature might be the fact that it is completely cordless – instead running on the same rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that keep your power tools running. It can also brew a little over five cups of coffee per charge, accepts multiple battery sizes, works with the brand’s coffee pods or instant coffee, and weighs just 1.5 pounds. It’s available for sale in Japan now for $112.
