Mad Max: Fury Road Theatrical Trailer

Dec 12, 2014

Sometimes a trailer is all the proof you need that certain people did their jobs extremely well on a movie. After seeing this visually spectacular preview for Mad Max: Fury Road, we can safely say the people involved with the stunts, effects, and character design all did a helluva job.

Tom Hardy (Bane in The Dark Knight Rises) is Max Rockatansky, a man who seeks peace of mind following the loss of his wife and child in the aftermath of the chaos caused by an insane fight for natural resources. The lovely Charlize Theron also is on board, but it’s clear that the real star here might be director George Miller (Mad Max, Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, and um, Happy Feet), who – again, judging by this trailer – seems to have really created an amazing post-apocalyptic desert world. This one seems destined for a 3D viewing when it opens May 15, 2015.
