Summer is on its way, meaning longer days, lobster-red skin and, best of all, barbecuing with friends. If you’re looking to host your own function in style, we suggest you check out the M1 Grill. From the ground up it’s designed to work as an absolute best charcoal/wood grilling system around.

Material-wise, it has everything you could possible want from an outdoor cooker: thick ten gauge steel, adjustable height charcoal grate (all of which are stainless steel), high-end industrial thermal paint and a Tel-Tru stainless steel thermometer. The grill also features a welded baffle for indirect smoking and, despite its perceived size, can smoke up to three full-size briskets at once with indirect heat. This is made possible by the M1’s easily accessible firebox and its smoking capabilities. Inside you’ll find a charcoal/wood basket, and a design that works to create and maintain heat, the key to any good smoker. Each grill is assembled by master metal craftsmen in Mesquite, Texas as well. So you know this is the real deal. Available now for $2,000.[Purchase]
