LUUV Camera Stabilizer

So with GoPros becoming more common than clever Old Spice commercials, we’re all being forced to watch a lot of shaky footage. Is this what the HD revolution was all about? No. There is a better way.

LUUV is a full three-axis-stabilizer which promises to keep you from creating (and us from watching) jittery videos. It’s compatible with most action cameras, smartphones and compact cameras, and it comes with a standard 1/4″ tripod screw on a cheese plate, one adapter for common action cams, and one universal smartphone adapter. You can turn it 180° while filming to get some new perspectives, and it promises “intuitive usability” thanks to the rubberized grip and the strap. We’re thinking the wind-resistant design means we should finally start to see some quality shots of local weathermen getting blown down the street. The brand plans to release the product in Germany in the Spring of 2015, while stateside release is set for a Summer/Fall 2015 launch. You can pre-order the LUUV from their online store today.
