Thanks to its unwavering use of athletic cuts and modern and advanced materials, lululemon has long been praised for its cutting-edge activewear garments, though for its latest release, the brand has applied these same key principles to a more traditional men’s clothing staple, resulting in the Outpour StretchSeal Field Jacket.
This contemporary take on a classic field coat is crafted from a special fully-wind and waterproof, seam-sealed poly material with two-way stretch. The jacket’s main body is supplemented via vents made from elastane-infused recycled polyester, a nylon and elastane mesh, and a recycled poly lining. Despite its streamlined silhouette, the Outpour Field Jacket sports a casual and loose fit that falls away from the body, affording its user the ability to easily wear additional base or mid-layers beneath the garment. And, in typical lululemon fashion, this jacket was engineered to allow for maximum mobility, and as such boasts an athletic cut that doesn’t restrict its wearer’s range of motion. The jacket is also equipped with drop-in chest pockets supplemented via a pair of dual-entry hand pockets with a hidden phone sleeve, a removable cinching hood, adjustable cuffs, a strategically placed main back vent, and subtle reflective detailing along the back of the sleeves and in other key areas. Available now in Medium Olive or Black, the lululemon Outpour StretchSeal Field Jacket is priced at $298.
