Logitech Powerplay Wireless Charging Mousepad

The more and more our tech goes wireless, the less and less we seem to remember to charge it before we need it. And that can be a pretty big problem – especially when it comes to the peripherals we use to control our computer. Luckily, Logitech has just released a solution in their Powerplay wireless charging mousepad.

Designed as a part of their G gaming line, this clever mousepad actually lets users juice up their mouse during use. That means no more swapping out rechargeable batteries or having to wait while you plug it in. All you have to do is attach the magnetic Powercore module to the bottom of a compatible mouse (specifically, their new G903 and G703 wireless gaming mouse models) and the entire surface of the mousepad gives off a forcefield of power – so it’ll charge no matter the position or even if its in motion. And (as some added bonuses) each features customizable RGB lighting, ships with cloth and hard surfaces that can be swapped based on preference, and has a built-in wireless receiver – eliminating the need for a secondary USB data receiver. This wireless charging mousepad is on pre-sale right now for $100.
