Lodge Cast Iron Skillet Handle Mitt

We are firm believers that every man’s kitchen must have at least one (if not multiple) cast iron skillets. While we do love cooking nearly everything in our Lodge skillets, having to slip gloves on and off while cooking can become a bit of a nuisance. Thankfully the brand we know and love has introduced a simple solution in the Lodge Cast Iron Skillet Handle Mitt.

This ingenious little device is made from heavy-duty Pyrotex fabric with heavy cotton batting, and slides right over the handle of your skillet to protect your hands from being burned. The thick terry lining is comfortable on your skin, and the scorch-proof coating even protects against steam burns as well. The handle mitts come in basic black, and can resist temperatures up to 450 degrees. A great gift for any man who loves to spend time in the kitchen. [Purchase]
