Life-Sized Hot Wheels Darth Vader Car

No this isn’t the new Batmobile. What you are laying your eyes upon is a vehicle designed specifically for Darth Vader by the fine folks at Hot Wheels.

While the Sith Lord certainly didn’t have a need for a car in the Star Wars universe, this is what it would look like if he did – at least according to Mattel. The vehicle is shaped like a massive Vader helmet, but don’t let it’s bulky silhouette fool you, this thing is packing some serious muscle under the hood. The Darth Vader car is equipped with a 526 horsepower Chevy LS3 V8 engine, giving the car plenty of force to unleash on the streets. In addition to the roaring V8 being heard through the twin-tip, center exiting exhaust out back, this vehicle also makes Darth-like sounds as well. Unfortunately this is just a one-off designed specifically for San Diego Comic Con, so no chance one will end up in your garage. Check out the trailer below.
