Libratone Diva Soundbar

No matter how great your TV’s resolution capabilities are, there’s a good chance that the unit’s sound quality would be vastly improved by pairing it with a soundbar. Libratone’s Diva Soundbar is one of the first we’ve seen that puts just as much emphasis on aesthetics as it does on performance.

With so many unattractively designed soundbars on the market, Diva is a breath of fresh air. The system features an interchangeable wool-covered body (choose your own color) that houses a 75-watt woofer alongside two 50-watt 3-inch midrange drivers and two 25-watt ribbon-based tweeters. Of course no one likes messy wires, which is why the Diva has been equipped with wireless AirPlay and Bluetooth connectivity. The speaker system also supports Spotify Connect, and can be controlled with your existing television remote using the accompanying app. There’s only one problem – cost. Libratone’s offering is on the high end of the spectrum, with a retail price of $,1060. [Purchase]
