LEGO Tron: Legacy Light Cycles

The best thing LEGO has ever built isn’t a kit, mini figure, movie, or even theme park. It is its LEGO Ideas platform. So many brilliant user-submitted ideas have gained traction there and been brought to reality. The latest head-turning release from the platform? LEGO’s Tron: Legacy Light Cycles.

Originally submitted by BrickBros UK back in the fall of last year, this fun project has been taken from concept to reality quickly by the Denmark-based toy company. Expected to be released on March 31st, the kit will include two light cycles (with translucent blue and orange pieces), and three figures from the 2010 film, Sam Flynn, Quorra, and Rinzler. Only 230 of these are going to be made, and given that they’ll all be priced at just $35, you can expect them to go pretty quickly.
