Relive Jurassic Park’s T-Rex Rampage With This 3,120-Piece LEGO Set

In 1993, Steven Spielberg released a film version of Michael Crichton’s groundbreaking sci-fi book, Jurassic Park. It has since spawned another four films (soon to be five), a bevy of merchandise ranging from apparel to fruit snacks, and even a ride at Universal Studios. Now, the movie that started it all is getting some love from one of our favorite toy brands with the LEGO Jurassic Park T-Rex Rampage set.

A loving and functional recreation of the iconic gates at the entrance to the fictional park — which comes alongside a massive, articulated tyrannosaurus rex — this set boasts a whopping 3,120 pieces. Of course, there’s also a lot more to it than that, as on the other side of the gate you’ll find a number of small-scale recreations of scenes from the movie ranging from the control room to the toilet that spelled doom for the film’s “blood-sucking lawyer” and more. To finish everything off, the kit also comes with six minifigs made to look like the movie’s cast — including Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), Ray Arnold (Samuel L. Jackson), and even the ill-fated Dennis Nedry (Wayne Knight). Available on June 19th for LEGO VIP members and July 1st for everyone else, this killer prehistoric set will retail for $250.

Purchase: $250
