The Ferrari F40 is the original supercar. It was built in 1987 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Ferrari, and was the final vehicle to approved by Enzo himself. LEGO is finally paying homage to the iconic supercar with the LEGO Creator Ferrari F40.
The lines and details are perfect, right down to the pop-up headlights out front. Out back, the triple exhaust is in tact alongside the beloved round taillights. The hood opens to reveal a luggage compartment complete with tools, opening doors, and our favorite part, a rear hatch that opens up to that glorious 478 horsepower, twin-turbo charged 2.9-liter V8 engine. You can even prop the trunk, and completely remove the engine as well. LEGO worked closely with Ferrari to ensure that no stone was left unturned, and the end result shows it. Well done, LEGO.
