As 007 is gearing up to hit the big screen on November 6th, fans of the storied franchise are chomping at the bit to get more details on the vehicles that will be starring in the film. Today brings us our first detailed look at the Land Rover Defender Spectre.
Just days after unveiling the Jaguar C-X75 from the film, Land Rover’s Special Vehicle Operations department pulls the curtain back on their contribution. Code named “Big Foot,” this stealthy 4×4 is sporting reinforced body panels designed for insane car chase scenes, an exterior roll cage, custom suspension, and a set of 37-inch off-road tires to handle that 4-inches of snow the car scenes were shot in. There’s also been a slew of significant tweaks under the hood to help this thing keep up with the other high-powered vehicles that will be featured in James Bond’s latest adventures. We can’t wait to see this thing in action.
