Land Rover Defender Heritage Limited Edition
At the top of the new year we announced that Land Rover would be sunsetting the greatest off-road vehicle ever built – the Defender. The brand is going out with a bang by releasing the Celebration series, and today we take a closer look at our favorite offering from the lineup, the Land Rover Defender Heritage Limited Edition.
Taking on obvious design cues from the Defender of yesteryear, this beauty is draped in a Grasmere Green paint job accented with a contrasting Alaska White roof and a set of matching steel wheels found on all four corners. There are HUE 166 badges found throughout, referencing Huey, the very first pre-production Land Rover’s license plate. The interior still feels like the older model Defender at its core, but has been revamped and updated with modern day amenities and comforts. The company only plans on making 2,654 Heritage Limited Edition models in total, none of which will be sold here in the states.
