Land Rover Defender D90 ‘Project Ranger’ By ECD

East Coast Defender (ECD) is one of those companies that consistently churns out great-looking 4×4, and one of their most recent projects, dubbed “Project Ranger,” is easily one of their most aesthetically pleasing contributions to the customized Land Rover space.

The one-of-a-kind soft top is a Terrain-colored, custom D90 that was transitioned from a road-ready vehicle into an all-terrain beach bruiser, complete with 18” Sawtooth Black wheels and BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. To keep you on the move, the team at ECD outfitted the Ranger with a 6.2L LS3 V8 that’s good for 430 horsepower, a five-speed manual transmission, and a beautiful sounding Borla Performance exhaust — allowing you to make a statement wherever you go. The interior of the vehicle is no slouch, either, sporting a bench seat area that offers removable padding for additional storage space, a Startech LR leather steering wheel, and a Sony infotainment system that’s paired with an eight-speaker JL Audio, amplified sound system. If this beach-ready D90 has helped to jumpstart your own thirst for a custom built Defender, head over to ECD’s site to get a quote on your very own platform.
