L.L. Bean X Flowfold Bean Boots

Category: Gear

American inventor Leon Leonwood Bean designed the dapper and reliable Bean Boot all the way back in 1912. Thanks to the Maine-based L.L. Bean and Flowfold outdoor companies, the legendary Bean Boots have received their first actual update in about 107 years.

After a decade of keeping roughly the same construction, the L.L. Bean Boots have been enhanced using super durable sailcloth uppers with ‘X-Pac’ composite fabric. The waterproof boots have rubber chain-tread outsoles and steel shanks for incredible traction and stability, allowing you to trek through icy and wet terrain with no issues. Each pair of duck boots is sewn in Maine one pair at a time by expert craftsmen and you’ll be able to feel the quality if you can get your hands on a pair. The small batch exclusive duck boots are available right this second for $139.

Purchase: $139
