Koenigsegg Agera XS

Later this month some of the most amazing cars ever made both past and present will roll into the foggy Monterey Bay area for the once capital of California’s Car Week. One car that has already caught a bit of attention before the festivities have officially kicked off is the Koenigsegg Agera XS.

Not only is this the first Koenigsegg vehicle to ever make it’s way into hands of someone living inside the states, it is most likely taking the title of most powerful fully street legal production cars on our roads. With a 5-liter V8 twin turbo engine that can turn out an impressive 1160 horsepower through a 7 speed paddle-shifting manual with auto shift mode – it is as powerful as it is good looking, and boy is it good looking. This insane vehicle features a wildly intense orange finish and an untouched carbon strip down the center. Feel like having the wind blow through your hair while driving south from Monterey and into the fog of Big Sur? Like all cars from Koenigsegg, you can easily take off the hardtop and store it under the front hood. Given the amount of love this has been getting we’re sure it won’t be the only one on American roads for long.
