With all the things the GoPro is capable of doing in the wild, one thing that’s always surprised us is the lack of a light. The Knog Qudos Action Light aims to solve this long standing problem, bringing a high powered light to your action camera.

Now the filming doesn’t have to stop after the sun goes down. After hooking up to the GoPro housing, the Knog Qudos sits right next to your camera, shining 400 lumens of 5000k light on your subject. There are three different modes to choose from including Action Sports, Target Spot and Ambient – each of which was created to further enhance your specific needs. The light is built from an ultra durable, marine grade aluminum, weighs in at a hardly noticeable 150 grams, and is waterproof up to 40 meters. The battery life is good for up to 4 hours of continuous use (depending on the selected mode), and can be recharged via micro-USB. The Qudos will set you back $120, and is available in your choice of either black or white. [Purchase]
