Say what you want about Greece’s economic issues, but we’d gladly spend a few weeks there; ya know, if it weren’t for a few economic issues of our own.

So when our future sugar mama finally decides to toss us in her Louis Vuitton luggage and whisk away to the Hellenic Republic, we’ll be asking her if we can stay at the Katikies Hotel on the beautiful island of Santorini. This luxurious oasis sits atop a cliff overlooking the Santorini caldera basin, offering heart stopping views of the Aegean Sea. Even if it rains, we’d still be in awe of the cave pools and the immaculate white rooms with their elegant touches. With only 27 rooms and suites, it’s clear the goal is serenity, not mass occupancy.
