Kai Table With Secret Compartments

We all need places to keep a secret supply of something. Whether it’s a memory card with “special” stuff on it or just a ration of candy corn, having a hidden stash allows for peace of mind. And if you need more than one, as in secret stashes, the Kai Table is a great choice.

Designed by Naoki Hirakoso and Takmitsu Kitahara, this wooden table has more secret compartments than most people have secrets. We’re talking a dizzying array of sliding drawers, shifting panels, and hinged cupboards that are all interconnected way more than a Michal Bay movie plot. The sizes vary too, with room for what we understand are called “dime bags” as well as say, something more wholesome, like a lucky dime. [Purchase]
