WCC Brings The Rolls-Royce 103EX Concept To Life As A One-Off Wraith

When Rolls-Royce unveiled its outrageous 103EX Vision 100 concept back in 2016, many criticized the car for being unrealistic and too over-the-top. But apparently not Justin Bieber, as the pop star had West Coast Customs transform his own personal Rolls-Royce Wraith into a near-clone of the concept.

However you feel about its styling, there’s no arguing that this mod is an impressive achievement. The real head-turner is those impossibly low-riding, flat-bottomed wheel covers. They were the most distinctive feature of the 103EX, and they’ve somehow been recreated on the Biebs’ car. The interior was completely overhauled to match the futuristic exterior, too, with a custom sound system from JL Audio. Many specific details of the build have yet to be released, but West Coast Customs has revealed that they spent years conducting R&D before they were able to tackle the project. The final result appears to have been worth the wait, and if nothing else, the impressive Rolls-Royce 103EX custom-build shows how far West Coast Customs has come as a coachbuilder since their days outfitting Dodge Grand Caravans with Playstations on MTV’s Pimp My Ride.
