JUMPR Portable Jump Starter

Portable smartphone chargers are a dime a dozen these days, but a portable smartphone charger that will jumpstart your dead battery? Now that’s a job reserved exclusively for the JUMPR.

You wouldn’t think your smartphone has a whole lot in common with your car’s battery, and they really don’t. But the one thing they do share in common is the fact that both always seem to die on you at the most inopportune times. This lightweight lithium polymer battery is easy to carry, will keep your gadgets charged on the go, and packs enough juice to jumpstart most 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder vehicles in a bind (12-volt output at a peak of 300 amps). The brand also promises a minimum of 500 recharges before the JUMPR begins to lose efficiency. Pre-sales for the device are currently available online, with plans to hit the market this June.
