Zillers Garage is a motorcycle custom builder out of Russia. They captured the world’s attention this April at a custom convention in St. Petersburg, with their immaculate, beautifully constructed Jawa 500 Tracker.

The Jawa 500 took home the best in show award at the St. Petersburg, and a week later collected the gold (and the grand prize, a trip to the World Cup) at Motovesne in Moscow. Created by Dmitry Golubchikov, the Jawa 500 is crafted almost completely from copper and stainless steel – and of course, a rich wood that gives the bike a beautiful, naturalistic charm. With huge, 21-inch wheels and a classic steering column – in which the title JAWA is engraved – the bike has a very retro-futuristic allure. With finished oak forming the seat and a steering column, and copper exhaust system, this handsome bike was no Russian hackjob.
