James Bond Cancels His Retirement In Action-Packed ‘No Time To Die’ Trailer

Over the past five decades, James Bond has taught the world what it means to live the life of an international super spy. From his iconic wardrobe, all the way to luxurious cars, locales, and beautiful women, each tailor-made iteration of the espionage-savvy agent has served to captivate audiences and stoke the fire for his next big adventure. Now, the era of Daniel Craig’s “Bond” is coming to a close with No Time To Die.

In the film’s official trailer, viewers are treated to a Bond that’s left behind a life of high-profile spy work to enjoy his remaining years in Jamaica. However, his days of cocktails and sand-strewn beaches are cut short when his former friend, Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright), approaches him for one final mission. Safin, a treacherous villain played by Rami Malek, has acquired a dangerous new technology to threaten the livelihood of modern civilization, resulting in a confrontational meeting between Craig and Malek’s character. With appearances by noteworthy actors Ana de Armas, Léa Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes, and Christoph Waltz, Bond and “00” agent Nomi, played by Lashana Lynch, must search for a way to stop Safin before his weapon is unleashed on a grander stage, paving the way for spectacular visuals, car chases, fight choreography, and cinematic tension. As you might expect, No Time To Die is full of awe-inspiring automotive platforms, including Aston Martin’s iconic DB5, which harbors a set of Gatling guns behind its headlights, and a classic Series II V8 Vantage that’s undeniably noteworthy. The film is slated for a theatrical release in April 2020.
