When it comes to rooftop tents, those made by James Baroud are undoubtedly some of the best in the world. Sure, they’re pricey, but they’re also easy to use, extremely durable, roomy, and handsome as hell. What’s even better, though, is that they’re now just a bit more customizable.

Originally offered in just white, black, and gray, James Baroud’s entire catalog of hardshell rooftop tents is now color-customizable — meaning you can now match them to your vehicle or add a little pop of color to your 4×4 overlanding loadout. Utilizing RAL color codes, customers can now choose from over 250 different color options. Handbuilt in Portugal from super durable and lightweight fiberglass, these rooftop tents have their custom colors applied via a dyed protective gel coat that’s a good deal more durable than standard paint. The custom paint starts at $550 over the base price of the tents.
