Any guesses as to what happens when Jaguar takes their powerhouse 5.0-liter Supercharged V8 engine and mounts it under the hood of their XE sport sedan? The most powerful production Jaguar ever made, that’s what. Introducing the Jaguar XE SV Project 8, here to blow your hair back.

Thanks to that Supercharged V8, this little sportster now boasts 529 horsepower and 516 lb-ft. of torque and hits 60mph from a standstill in just 3.3 seconds. No matter who you are that’s just downright impressive for any production vehicle. Project 8 is also outfitted for the track thanks to Intelligent Driveline Dynamics and an optional two-seat Track Pack that saves a bit of weight. It also comes stocked with a modified AWD configuration and an 8-speed automatic transmission while the titanium exhaust system truly lets this ride roar to life. Just check out the video below for proof. Jaguar is, however, only planning to produce 300 examples of this beauty with prices starting from $195,000, so best reserve yours sooner rather than later.
