Jack’s $100,000 Geometric Bachelor Pad in Ukraine
Living in good ‘ole California ourselves, it’s hard to imagine that you could buy any piece of property for anywhere near $100,000, but that’s the exact budget Sergey Makhno was given to construct this architectural masterpiece.
The Ukraine based architect and designer built this stunning, two floor contemporary residence as a weekend getaway house. The geometric marvel is both masculine and simplistic, featuring a mixture of wood and concrete construction throughout the property. The home is divided into two separate sections, both of which use similar shapes and sizes to make up the complete structure. On one side of the home, a massive wall of windows nearly two levels high provides plenty of natural light to illuminate the rooms on both floors.
