International Scout ‘LS800-Two’ By New Legend

When it comes to classic SUVs, few are quite as American as the International Scout. After all, it was originally designed as a blue-collar workhorse and has since become an iconic and sought-after automotive icon. And while you could feasibly find one to restore on your own, it’s often much sweeter to get your hands on one that’s ready to hit the road. Arguably, nobody does that quite as well as New Legend — as evidenced by their ‘LS800-TWO’ you see here.

Interestingly, the restomodding brand took this beauty off the hands of its previous owner after he had already had New Legend’s sister brand drop in a brand-spanking-new 350-horsepower 5.3L LS engine. Opting to leave the updated power plant under the hood, the brand turned their attention elsewhere, equipping it with a new Outrider chassis, suspension and 2″ lift kit, a modern sound system in the cab, and a fresh paint job. It also got new weather stripping, rock sliders, bumpers with integrated LED lights, a 4-point roll cage, waxed canvas upholstery, and so much more. No stone went unturned with this badass 4×4 off-roader and it certainly shows.
