Infiniti Q Inspiration Concept
Usually, when a marque rolls out a concept for an auto show, its only real appeal is the design and maybe some fancy software that hasn’t quite been fully developed yet. Infiniti’s Q Inspiration, however, has a whole lot more to brag about than just its good looks.
Along with featuring an athletic, and futuristic design aesthetic complete with a spacious interior and panoramic glass roof, this vehicle has the world’s first production ready four-cylinder variable compression ratio engine under the hood. The VC-Turbo engine, paired with the electric power plant, provides heaps of power and speed when the driver needs it, and great fuel economy when they don’t. As if that wasn’t enough to get our jaws on the floor, this vehicle also has a semi-autonomous mode Infiniti is calling ProPilot. More of an assistant than a fully self-driving system, ProPilot can take over when you’re in traffic, or assist in parking.
