Sure, we love ourselves some massive Hollywood Hills mansions, but bigger isn’t always better when it comes to bachelor pads. Take this space designed by the talented Maxim Zhukov for instance. Sure it’s small, but it doesn’t take away the fact that this is one of the most impressive pads we’ve ever featured.

Utilizing plenty of concrete, exposed brick on the walls, hardwood on the floors, and rugged, manly looking furniture scattered throughout this industrial loft, this is the perfect place for the single guy. While the entire place is drool worthy, it’s the bedroom workspace that really caught our attention. A set of metal constructed cantilevered stairs lead up to a functional workspace that overlooks the master suite. [Via]
