Icon Derelict 1967 VW Camper
The 1967 VW Camper is easily one of the most iconic and recognizable vans in the automotive industry’s history. Now, ICON 4×4 has revisited the classic to give it a modern spin.
While it still has its original paint and hubcaps, its interior has gotten some modern upgrades, such as USB charging ports, a Bluetooth capable stereo system and air conditioning. It also sports custom cabinetry work on the inside. The interior is lit with subtle LED lights, with lights placed inside the liquor cabinet as well as on the bottom of the removable table. The motor it uses is that of a modern Volkswagen Jetta, that puts out 195 hp and is water-cooled. The headlights and taillights were also upgraded. Strap on an ARB roof tent and you’ve got yourself one dynamite van.
