When it comes to SUVs, the Ford Bronco is one of a few that are considered true American classics. Celebrating the company’s 10th anniversary, Icon is launching the Icon BR Ford Bronco Old School Series to soothe our craving for more of this beloved vehicle.

Characterized by beautifully restored stock bodies with traditional gloss paint, these strikingly handsome vehicles follow the prestigious Icon BR spirit of combining modern technology with classic design. Each Icon BR Bronco has a custom Art Morrison chassis made from rigid 180-inch wall steel and is engineered for a modern adjustable suspension with 12-inch travel Fox Racing coilers at each corner. Providing gear train reliability for the 33-inch-tall BFGoodrich tires are Custom Dynatrac Dana-based axles. Made for adventure, all the Icon BR SUVs are powered by a 426-hp Ford 5.0L Coyote Crate engine from the Mustang GT, which is accompanied by a stainless steel Borla exhaust system. You can even choose between two heavy-duty transmissions: the Aisin AX15 5-speed manual or the Ford 4R75W 4-speed AOD model. Its overall look is inspired by the most unique parts of the Sport, Explorer and Ranger trim levels that were offered by Ford from 1966-1977. Looking at the interior, Icon did fully custom designs, including aircraft aluminum air vents with black anodized fins and Dakota Digital gauges. If you’re looking for a modern SUV with a retro-aesthetic, this series is right up your ally.
