Portable batteries have to come to the rescue plenty of times and companies continue to make them more powerful so they can keep us in the digital loop. There are plenty of beefy battery packs floating around, but Hyper’s new HyperJuice USB-C battery packs the biggest punch.

Hyper claims their lightweight 27,000 mAh battery pack can charge a 15-inch MacBook Pro at the same speed as a wall socket. The seven-inch portable battery features three ports: a 100-watt USB-C port for a 15-inch MacBook Pro, a 60-watt USBC-C port for compact laptops, and a quick-charge 18-watt USB-A for phones and tablets. With its 100 watt-hour capacity, you can utilize all three ports simultaneously. It also refuels fast — you can charge the 1.2-pound aluminum-cased battery to full capacity in just 60 to 90 minutes. And, the device holds its charge very well, losing only about 20% of its power per year. Back this project now and receive yours by December.
