Originally debuting in 1954, the Fender Stratocaster is almost certainly the most iconic guitar range in history. Remaining in continuous production since the year of its release, the legendary six-string model has been manufactured in an enormous number of different variants, the latest of which is an ultra-limited-edition run of Stratocasters born out of a collaboration between Fender and noted lifestyle and culture website HYPEBEAST.
Starting with a Japanese-made, Alder body version of the Strat, the special edition electric guitar sports a 9.5″ radius, a Maple neck, a dark navy lacquer finish, and a chrome-plated neck with engraved HB and Fender branding and a serialized production number. Backed by a two-year warranty, the guitar also boasts a U-shaped tonal navy neck (and fretboard), vintage-style single-coil Strat pickups, and 22 medium jumbo frets. Sold with an included G&G Deluxe hardshell case with HB x Fender branding, the HYPEBEAST x Fender Stratocaster Guitar is limited to just 24 units worldwide and has been priced at $1,600.
