Boardshorts were designed to move with your body, providing a mixture of both comfort and protection while you’re shredding the waves at your favorite beach. Hurley has teamed up with one of the most exciting surfers on the scene in John John Florence to create the ultimate pair of performance boardshorts – the Hurley Phantom JJF Elite Boardshort.

Part of the award-winning Phantom lineage, these are actually the first athlete signature boardshorts, which a big step for the world of surfing and Hurley alike. Sure the shorts look good, but it’s in the performance department where these things really shine. Each pair of shorts is outfitted with a Liveware waistband, a system that contracts when you move for lockdown fit, but loosens up for maximum comfort when you relax. The shorts are equipped with a double layer of 60 percent stretch Phantom fabric that alongside an exclusive construction technique helps promote multi-directional movement required during surf sessions. The JJF Elite feature a 21-inch length silhouette for increased mobility without sacrificing protection while in the water. The shorts have just started hitting select Hurley retailers, well ahead of the surf season. [Purchase]
